The Aquarium

While we were in Utah we had the chance to take the kiddos to a few different attractions.  On their birthday we took them to the Aquarium.  It was cool but a little disappointing just because of the size.  I think we saw the whole attraction within 15 minutes.  Ryan had fun seeing all of the fishes.  He loved the turtle, penquins, sharks, and the Octopus (he is still talking about it).  The Octopus was one of the main attractions.  When they were telling about it, they told how it can pull a man into the water.  Ryan still talks about how we have to be careful around Octopuses. 

If you look closely at the pictures below, Kate has a shiner.  She did this by pushing up on a open container and it flipping up and hit her in the eye.  I am using that as the excuse why we don't have any super cute 1 year old pictures yet. 



For their birthdays we did a little party with my family.  We didn't want it to be a big deal since we had already celebrated their birthdays in Texas.  Below are just a few pictures.
